XRF vs OES: Which Analyzer Should You Choose?

Overview

Portable XRF is non-destructive, fast, and field-ready. OES (optical emission spectrometry) requires spark excitation and is typically lab-based but offers excellent performance for light elements like C, S, P in steel.

When to choose XRF

- Low-level C, S, P in steel
